This is my current Morning Face routine: nine steps in tracker order, with five minutes of explicit waits. It starts with cleanser, layers skincare and primer, builds a mixed NARS and Missha base, then finishes with setting mist and deodorant.
Routine verified September 1, 2026. The source routine was last updated July 19, 2026.
What is my current morning face routine?
The order matters more than the shopping list. The tracker records what goes on, where it goes, and how long I wait before the next layer. Here it is without additions or product-note history.

How does the five-minute timing work?
The explicit waits total 300 seconds. Cleanser gets 30 seconds; vitamin C and hyaluronic acid get 60 seconds each; moisturizer gets 90; primer gets 45; and the Missha layer gets 15. NARS and setting mist are recorded with no wait. Deodorant has no wait value in the source tracker, so I have left it as “Not recorded” instead of inventing one.
What changes when the routine changes?
The tracker changes first. This page stays a dated snapshot. The same rule runs through my biohacking log: record what happened, keep the source visible, and do not turn a sample size of one into advice.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a skincare recommendation?
No. This is a dated snapshot of my personal routine and the products recorded in my grooming tracker. Skin type, tolerance, climate, and medical history change what is appropriate, so treat it as a log rather than a prescription.
Where does this routine come from?
The source of truth is the Morning Face routine at grooming.prommer.net/face. The tracker holds the current order, waits, and application comments; this article records the version verified on September 1, 2026.
Why are the waits included?
The waits are part of the routine stored in the tracker, so I have kept them instead of reducing the entry to a product list. The explicit waits add up to five minutes; steps marked “No wait” are recorded as zero, while deodorant has no wait value recorded.
