As Senior Vice President of Platform & Engineering at Adidas, Thomas led a global engineering organization of 1,000+ engineers across platform engineering, infrastructure, and developer experience. He drove the company's digital transformation initiatives, modernizing legacy systems and implementing cloud-native architectures that supported billions in e-commerce revenue.
Prior to Adidas, Thomas served as Chief Information Officer at Sweetgreen, where he built the technology organization from the ground up during a period of rapid expansion.
