HYROX Birmingham 2026
Birmingham is the UK's second-largest city and a solid HYROX location. The NEC (National Exhibition Centre) has large exhibition halls with enough space for a full-scale course and good spectator access. It sits next to Birmingham Airport and connects directly to the national rail network, so getting there from the Midlands, the North, or the South is straightforward.
The city invested heavily in sport around the 2022 Commonwealth Games, and the local fitness scene grew with it. The Midlands HYROX community is competitive. The October/November date gives athletes a late-season shot at a personal best or championship qualification.
