The HYROX 2025/26 season features 31 races across three continents, plus three Regional Championships and the World Championship in Stockholm.

Races by Region
Europe (19 Races)
Europe hosts the majority of HYROX events, with races across Germany, UK, France, Spain, Netherlands, and more. The EMEA Championship takes place in London.
United States (7 Races)
The USA features races in major cities including New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, and more. The Americas Championship is held in Washington DC.
Asia Pacific (5 Races)
The growing Asia Pacific circuit includes events in Australia, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong. The APAC Championship takes place in Brisbane.

World Championship 2026: Stockholm
The HYROX World Championship 2026 takes place at Strawberry Arena in Stockholm, Sweden from June 18-21, 2026.
- Thursday: Walk-In of Nations, Elite 15 races
- Friday: Pro Women and Pro Men Singles
- Saturday: Doubles categories
- Sunday: Mixed Doubles, Adaptive Invitational

Season Structure
The HYROX season follows a predictable structure:
- September-February: Regular season races worldwide
- March-April: Regional Championships (EMEA, Americas, APAC)
- June: World Championship in Stockholm
Qualification Season
For the 2025/26 season, World Championship qualification is only available through:
- Pro Division races (heavier weights)
- Regional Championships (Open Division)
- 60+ age groups (Open Division at any race)
Planning Your Season
First-Time Racers
- Choose a race 12-16 weeks out for proper training
- Start with Open Division (lighter weights)
- Consider less crowded events for a calmer experience
Competitive Athletes
- Target 2-3 races per season to improve times
- Race Pro Division if chasing qualification
- Plan training blocks around target races
World Championship Chasers
- Identify Pro Division races early in the season
- Have backup races in case of non-qualification
- Peak training for your main qualification attempt
