Methodology
Saddle height uses the LeMond method (Greg LeMond, 1987): saddle height = inseam × 0.883, measured from the center of the pedal at the bottom of the stroke to the top of the saddle. Handlebar reach is estimated from standing height × 0.42. This is the same general formula used across indoor bikes — Keiser doesn't publish a cm-to-position conversion for the M3i's seat and handlebar posts, and no verified real-world calibration exists for this model yet (unlike our Technogym Group Cycle calculator, which is anchored to a plumb-line-verified fit), so treat the cm output as a starting reference rather than a Keiser-specific spec. Use it to find the nearest position on the M3i's own scale, then confirm on the bike with the standard checks: a slight knee bend at the bottom of the pedal stroke, and the front of your kneecap tracking over the pedal axle when the crank is horizontal (3 o'clock).
